Monumental Mountain Bike Club is based in Golspie, a small Highland village on the east coast of Sutherland.

The Club was established in 2005 to support the creation of 20 kilometres of purpose-built mountain bike trails (Highland Wildcat Trails) that will obviously benefit local riders, but also the entire area by bringing in heaps more visitors.

The Club takes its name from the 100ft monument perched on top of the 1300ft hill, Ben Bhraggie, that towers over Golspie.  Not surprisingly the statue (of the First Duke of Sutherland) can be seen by five counties on a clear day.

Dramatic scenery is not only great to look at, but makes for some of the best natural and remote trails in the UK.

Join the Club and experience the thrills!
